To help make New Year's resolutions come true, Praia do Sal has created four Healthy Talks whose mission is to motivate the definitive creation of healthier physical and mental habits.

With the participation of specialists in the respective areas, this is the Programme to stop for four mornings and assist in person to enlightening conversations about Self-Esteem, Anxiety, Detox and Antiaging.
